The equipment is Mainly used for washing machine performance test. The whole system is composed of water supply room, test room and control system. The equipment not only provides constant temperature and constant pressure water source for the test, but also records the relevant parameters of the test process in a timely manner, calculates and generates test reports. The water supply equipment has multiple water tanks. The tap water is purified and input into the hard water preparation tank. The hardness of the water is adjusted in the hard water preparation tank before being added to the water supply tank. Use cooling water tower) to make the water reach the test temperature, and the water can be supplied alternately. Press the water pump into the water supply pipeline, and then divide it into two channels for each test station in the test room. The test water is not recovered. The water supply room and the test room are partitioned by the thermal insulation library board, the test room is equipped with air conditioning; the ground is provided with a drainage ditch. The control cabinet is located indoors, the test instrument is installed at the test station, and the data is collected to the computer through the network. Insulation measures are adopted for the water tank and pipelines, and continuous circulation of water is used to ensure that the temperature fluctuation of the water inlet of the laboratory test station is not greater than 0.5℃ / min during the work.
